Through a single, high-speed connection, the FIX Gateway connects investment managers to their choice of trading partners and venues. Messages are communicated immediately and with confidentiality.
SimCorp has had a close working relationship with the London Stock Exchange since 2004, as the service uses SimCorp's FIX engine. This partnership has assisted in the success of the FIX Gateway.
A flexible, open structure means that FIX Gateway clients can use their existing network provider to connect from their own order management systems. Most reassuringly, the FIX Gateway builds on the London Stock Exchange's experience in highly reliable trading platforms. The system is fully fault tolerant, is monitored 24 hours a day by a dedicated support desk and has a full disaster recovery system.
As well as providing the FIX engine, a number of SimCorp Dimension customers use the FIX Gateway to great effect.
